Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as reach truck/high-level stock pickers. You will operate equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise while ensuring accuracy and safety throughout the shift.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehousing equipment operation experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 150 lbs. Training on RF scanning and inventory processes is provided to support daily tasks and

Qualifications

• Able to lift 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years experience operating an order picker/equipment.
• Ability to operate equipment up to 35 ft high.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Proficient with computers and RF scanning.
• Familiar with warehousing processes (order picking, packing, shipping/receiving).

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away items using powered equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker).
• Maintain inventory accuracy through RF transactions.
• Ensure merchandise integrity from rack to dock during movement.
• Operate equipment safely in line with company standards.
