Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as reach truck/high-level stock pickers. The role involves operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise with attention to safety and accuracy.

Day shift: Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Competitive starting wages, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and an on-site clinic are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 150 lbs with or without accommodations.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit-down tow motor, or rider pallet jack.
• Ability to operate equipment at a height up to 35 ft.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away items using power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker).
• Use RF gun to select orders and move stock based on system-directed orders.
• Retrieve items for delivery and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by processing RF transactions.
• Ensure merchandise integrity during movement from rack to dock, damage-free.
• Operate equipment safely according to company standards.
