Job summary

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team as reach truck/high-level stock pickers and Equipment Operators. The role involves moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise, with a night shift schedule on Monday–Thursday, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM.

Responsibilities include picking, using RF guns, inventory maintenance, and ensuring the safe handling of products. Requirements include lifting up to 150 lbs and 1–2 years of related equipment operation

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience operating order pickers or similar equipment.
• Ability to operate equipment up to 35 ft. height.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Working knowledge of computer programs and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick and put away merchandise using reach truck, cherry picker, or high-level picker equipment.
• Use RF gun to select orders and place goods per system directions.
• Retrieve items for delivery/picking and staging in assigned areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by moving products via RF transactions.
• Ensure merchandise integrity during movement from rack to dock; damage-free.
• Operate all equipment safely following company safety standards.

The reach truck / high-level stock picker is responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Equipment Operator is accountable for exercising care and precision in moving Arhaus products.

The reach truck / high-level stock picker is responsible for operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Equipment Operator is accountable for exercising care and precision in moving Arhaus products.

Night Shift Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday, 5:30PM to 4:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Pick and put away - Operate power mobile material handling equipment (cherry picker/reach truck/high-level picker)
• Use RF gun to select orders and put away product based on system directed order types
• Retrieve all items for delivery / picking and staging inventory accurately in assigned areas
• Inventory - Maintain inventory accuracy levels by moving all product via RF transactions
• Package - Responsible for the integrity of the merchandise in movement from rack to dock damage free
• Safety- Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner based on company safety standards

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 150lbs with or without accommodations
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 - 2 years of experience operating an order picker, cherry picker, reach truck, sit down tow motor, or rider pallet jack
• The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Working knowledge of computer programs
• Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing, including order picking, packing, and shipping/receiving processes and procedures
