Qualifications

• 4-6 years in facilities/maintenance with 3+ years in supervision
• Hands-on maintenance and facilities operations experience
• Knowledge of safety regulations and NFPA 70E

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical Equipment Maintenance Team in a fast-paced environment
• Develop corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance strategies
• Advise on new equipment to enable growth and plan work priorities
• Monitor KPIs and create dashboards for stakeholders
• Ensure safety, quality, and budget targets are met
• Train staff and champion continuous improvement
