Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Specialist for an on-site role in Newark, DE, working Friday–Sunday, 6AM–6PM. You will lead manufacturing support on assigned lines, drive process stability, and resolve complex production issues in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in high-complexity production, welding experience, and leadership experience, with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience in high-complexity production environment.
• Welding experience is preferred.
• 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary manufacturing support lead for designated production lines or value streams.
• Provide technical leadership to operators, team leads, and supervisors on manufacturing issues.
• Provide hands-on process support to ensure daily production targets are met.
