Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Operations: plan, schedule, and oversee facility infrastructure maintenance and repairs; ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Safety & Compliance: ensure OSHA/EPA standards; implement safety programs; maintain compliance records.
• Budget & Vendor Management: manage budgets; source and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Team Leadership: supervise maintenance staff and coordinate third-party contractors.
• Strategic Planning & Improvement: collaborate with production and engineering to optimize workflow and facility layout; manage upgrades and equipment installs.
• Record Keeping & Reporting: maintain CMMS records; monitor KPIs for maintenance and facility operations.
