Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking an Equipment Technician to maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment to support high-volume production.

You will work under supervision with engineering and production teams to ensure uptime, document activities, and participate in tool installations and calibrations. The role includes a 7:00pm to 7:15am night shift with 15% differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience.
• Experience with CMMS and maintaining semiconductor equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related issues.
• Support production goals by minimizing downtime and optimizing tool performance.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and tool history in CMMS systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve yield and process capability.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and cleanroom protocols.
