• Five (5) year’s experience in housekeeping or related field required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standard of cleanliness throughout facility and external clinics.
• Provide recognition, coaching and Progressive Disciplinary Actions for staff.
• Complete Annual Performance Evaluations for assigned staff.
• Create schedules adapting to facility needs and budgeted hours.
• Develop and maintain a floor care management plan.
