Responsibilities

• Perform routine and project floor care, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
• Maintain carpets through extraction, shampooing, and interim cleaning.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively, reporting issues as needed.
• Follow chemical usage and safety procedures per SDS guidelines.
• Assist with moving furniture, beds, and equipment to complete floor care work.
• Support daily EVS operations, including patient room cleaning during staffing shortages.
• Adhere to infection prevention standards and proper PPE usage.
• Document logs, work orders, and project tracking, maintaining productivity.
