HHS is seeking an experienced EVS Leader to direct environmental services across 34 healthcare locations. You will supervise a team of 5 FTEs, driving safety, cleanliness, and patient comfort in a hospital setting.

This role requires night-shift leadership, travel between sites, and strong scheduling, training, and performance-management skills to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping or EVS in healthcare or similar service operations.
• Experience supervising 5 FTEs across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel between sites and work night shift.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EVS operations across 34 locations.
• Supervise and develop a team of 5 FTEs.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards; conduct regular inspections.
• Manage schedules, training, and performance of staff.
• Monitor budgets, supply usage, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel between locations to provide leadership during the night shift.
