Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in environmental services or similar.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions.
• Maintain a friendly and efficient service attitude toward customers, coworkers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist management at shift start/end with sign-in, supplies, equipment check-out/in.
• Prepare and deliver supplies to meet staff needs.
• Perform general sanitation and restroom assessments as needed.
• Follow departmental sanitation procedures.
• Report safety concerns, injuries, and disciplinary issues to supervision.
• Supervise staff assignments to ensure efficient cleaning services.
• Contribute to action plans to correct inefficiencies and quality discrepancies.
• Assist in employee training, coaching, and motivation.
• Maintain records for quality control and compliance with OSHA and company standards.
