Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to procedures to provide a safe working environment following OSHA and Aramark rules.
• Performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms including vacuuming, dusting, bed making and waste removal.
• Maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment.
• Cleans assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards.
• Follows procedures for trash storage and disposal and transports to designated areas.
• Reports maintenance concerns via work orders to appropriate staff.
• Maintains friendly, efficient customer service toward customers, clients, patients, and coworkers.
• Secures the facility and ensures doors are locked when required.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
