Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in environmental services.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).

• Basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions.

Responsibilities

• Assists management at beginning/end of shift with sign-in, supplies, equipment sign out/in.
• Assist shift operation in preparation and delivery of supplies to meet employees' needs.
• May perform overall assessment of public restrooms and on-call rooms.
• Adheres to all departmental sanitation procedures.
• Reports safety, injury, and disciplinary issues involving employees.
• Supervises staff assignments to ensure efficient, high-quality cleaning services.
• Formulates action plans to correct inefficiencies and quality discrepancies.
• Assists in employee training, coaching, and motivation.
• Maintains a record-keeping system for quality control.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Maintains records to comply with Aramark and client requirements.
