Job summary

Brooksource Engineering Services is seeking an Engineering Technician to support a GMP-regulated manufacturing operation. You will provide hands-on technical support for production equipment, troubleshoot electromechanical issues, coordinate maintenance, and support continuous improvement in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read manuals, P&IDs, and SOPs.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work overnight shifts with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on equipment support for automated manufacturing and packaging systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment, process, and operational issues and streamline complex issues.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS; maintain equipment logs and docs.
• Support root cause investigations and deviation documentation.
• Assist with reliability, capacity, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and operations teams.
