Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking an experienced Engineering Technician, 2nd Shift (2:30PM-11:00PM) to support engineering projects from concept through implementation, validation, and closeout. Qualifications

• 7–10 years of engineering and project experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cGMP and regulatory standards (FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering projects through design, implementation, commissioning, validation, and completion.
• Develop project schedules, plans, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution.
• Support equipment selection, process Improvements, automation initiatives, and facility upgrades.
• Participate in IQ/OQ/PQ activities and validation.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and process optimization.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA and corrective actions.
• Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to leadership.
