Job summary

Pharmavite in the United States is seeking a production operator in the encapsulation area to ensure materials feed to machinery, perform changeovers, and monitor processes during 6pm to 6:30am on a 2-2-3 rotation.

A high school diploma or GED is required; fluent English; arithmetic skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; experience in encapsulation or similar machine operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English to read/write instructions and communicate with supervisors.
• Manual dexterity and ability to manipulate controls and tools.
• Strong arithmetic skills to calculate weights and process timings.
• Experience in encapsulation, injection molding or related machine operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials to encapsulation machinery per procedures.
• Use hand tools to adjust equipment and perform setup changes.
• Monitor production: ribbon thickness, temperature, weight and size; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform changeovers between products; clean and reassemble equipment for next batch.
• Maintain logs and enter data; comply with SOPs and safety practices.
