Responsibilities

• Operates encapsulation equipment and ensures correct materials are fed per procedures.
• Uses hand tools to adjust controls and components as needed.
• Monitors ribbon thickness and temperature to meet specifications.
• Troubleshoots equipment/process issues and resolves quickly.
• Performs changeovers and cleans/disassembles/reassembles equipment as required.
• Maintains logs and enters data using computer systems.
• Complies with safety rules and GMPs.
