Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and locate coating ingredients and prepare coating solution for products.
• Identify and load tablets into coating machines and monitor the coating process.
• Calibrate controls for proper volume, pan speed, and temperatures; ensure product quality.
• Unload and weigh/reconcile finished product to target range.
• Maintain batch records, labels, and logs with accurate documentation.
• Apply MES to charge and yield products; follow SAFETY and GMP rules.
