Job summary

Pharmavite in California seeks a Day Shift Machine Operator (Softgel) to run encapsulation equipment and ensure product quality. You will perform changeovers, clean and reassemble, and maintain accurate logs while following GMP and safety rules.

Requirements include high school diploma or 5 years’ experience, fluent English, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Fluent English to read and understand instructions and logs.
• High school diploma/GED or 5 years of work equivalency required.
• Experience in encapsulation or similar machinery preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate encapsulation equipment to produce softgel capsules meeting quality specs.
• Perform changeovers, disassemble/assemble equipment, clean and reassemble for next batch.
• Monitor ribbon thickness, temperature, weight and size; log data accurately.
