Job summary
Corewell Health's Taylor Hospital Emergency Center is hiring a registered nurse for full-time night shift. The RN provides professional care using the nursing process, partners with patients and families, and collaborates with the ED team to deliver timely, evidence-based care in a Level IV trauma setting.
Required: Associates or Diploma in Nursing, Michigan RN license, BLS on hire, ACLS within 6 months, TNCC within 1 year, ENPC within 15 months; Bachelor's degree within five years if new
Qualifications
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing within five years if new graduate or limited experience.
- MI RN license required and active.
- BLS required on hire; ACLS, TNCC, ENPC within specified timeframes.
- NCLEX licensure completed; specialty certification encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care by applying the nursing process.
- Partner with patient/family to develop plan of care and education.
- Coordinate with ED team and departments to ensure safe, timely care.
- Support discharge planning and patient education.
