Job summary

Printpack is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to install, maintain, and repair complex electrical and mechanical manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot at a high tempo, document activities, and support production goals.

The role includes a 12-hour night shift (7pm–7am) on a 2/2/3 schedule with emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork. Prior experience with PLCs, drives, and motor controls is desirable.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electromechanical Technology or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
• Ability to train and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Executes preventive maintenance programs with inspections, calibrations, and repairs.
• Interprets schematics and drawings to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Tests and troubleshoots electrical systems using diagnostic tools.
• Installs and verifies operation of motors per electrical schematics.
• Follow safety protocols including LockOut/TagOut.
