Job summary

RRD is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the night shift to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation. You will troubleshoot high-speed industrial equipment, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and assist with equipment reliability improvements. Strong schematics literacy and control-system familiarity are required.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous output improvement, with weekend shutdown responsibilities and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

3–5 years related electro-mechanical experience.
Experience with industrial mechanical and electrical systems.
Ability to read schematics/blueprints and work with control systems.
Proficiency with Windows, Excel and basic office software.

Responsibilities

Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to maximize throughput.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facilities.
Document maintenance activities and coordinate with supervisors.
Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on shift.
