Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production/plant maintenance setting.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience with heavy commercial equipment and complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to OSHA/Lockout-Tagout/Confined Space protocols.
• Proficient with CMMS data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electromechanical maintenance technicians.
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure on-time completion to standards.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to maintenance team members.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Audit inspections to identify issues and address them proactively.
• Coordinate and oversee repair/replacement of electromechanical components.
