Job summary

The Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 at Dematic in Lebanon, TN performs day-to-day troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance on industrial material handling equipment. The role operates on the 10:00 pm - 6:30 am shift, Sunday night through Thursday night, with overtime as needed.

You will repair and maintain MHE, conduct PM routines, use electrical test equipment to diagnose circuitry, and document work orders with labor hours, parts used, and equipment data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree/desirable.
• 2–3 years troubleshooting electro-mechanical equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work night shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment (MHE) and perform preventive maintenance.
• Use electrical test equipment to diagnose circuitry and faults.
• Create and complete detailed work orders with labor hours, parts used, and equipment data.
• Track spare parts to minimize downtime and respond to service calls promptly.
• Build positive working relationships across the organization.
