Dematic in Minden, NV is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 2 to support day-to-day troubleshooting, flow control and preventive/predictive maintenance on materials handling equipment. The role operates on a PM shift from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, Saturday through Tuesday, with overtime potential as needed.

The technician will repair and maintain MHE, complete maintenance routines, and log labor hours and parts used. Strong team collaboration and safety awareness are essential in this role.

Competenze

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work a 5:00 PM–3:30 AM shift with possible overtime.

Mansioni

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, and lubrication.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Build and close work orders in the asset management system with data such as labor hours and parts used.
• Troubleshoot basic conveyance problems and know the resources to resolve them.
• Locate and supervise spare parts from inventory.
• Respond to semi-complex service calls and address equipment failures and faults.
• Identify problems as they occur and take appropriate steps to address them.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
