Job summary

Dematic in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 3 responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance on industrial material handling equipment. Shift is 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday night through Thursday night, with potential overtime.

Base pay ranges from $28 to $33.50 per hour, determined by location, experience, and skills. You will repair and maintain MHE, perform PM routines, troubleshoot electrical circuits, generate work orders, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training desirable.
• 2–3 years of troubleshooting electro‑mechanical equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including belt tracking and lubrication.
• Perform preventive maintenance routines and document activities.
• Use electrical test equipment to diagnose circuits.
• Create detailed work orders with labor hours and parts used.
• Respond to service calls and identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Coordinate with teams to minimize downtime.
