Job summary

Required: 2+ years in commercial/industrial electrical maintenance, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid electrician license or journeyman certification. Strong safety focus and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience with commercial or industrial electrical maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Electrician's License or Journeyman Electrician certification.
• Superior customer service skills and safety orientation.
• Must be proficient at reading electrical blueprints and schematics and have capability of documenting maintenance reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive electrical services including continuous monitoring of facility electrical systems.
• Coordinate with facility managers on maintenance operations and contractor work.
• Manage electrical work orders, purchase orders, and invoices for projects.
• Support emergency electrical repairs and system shutdowns as needed.
• Schedule electrical maintenance activities with contractors.
• Monitor power distribution, lighting, and emergency backup systems.
