Job summary

Pregis is seeking a skilled Plant Electrician to support our Bethel, PA production operations during the night shift. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and electronic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable equipment performance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of industrial electrical experience, strong PLC knowledge, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. The role offers a 12-hour night schedule, overtime as needed, and opportunities for advancement within

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate degree in Electrical Maintenance or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience (or equivalent hands-on experience).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and PLC-based systems.
• Support Pregis packaging lines, networks, and connected hardware.
• Use testing equipment, wiring diagrams, and software tools (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, IndraWorks, Exor).
• Install and maintain electrical wiring and equipment to NEC and company standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Escalate complex issues to technical support when needed.
• Assist with equipment installation and commissioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service reports, and training records.
• Follow all safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain parts inventory when required.
• Work overtime or weekends as business needs demand.
