Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in high and confined spaces, following safety procedures.

• 3–6 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish–English) is a plus.
• Dairy or pasteurization experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate HTST processing system and CIP system; record time, temperature, pressure and flow rates.
• Assist in other areas of the business as needed.
• Understand aseptic systems; ensure sanitation and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Maintain logs and reports; ensure USDA compliance.
