Responsibilities

• Learn and follow cleaning procedures.
• Clean all parts and equipment and reassemble.
• Follow HACCP and safety policies.
• Maintain attendance and assist production and sanitation needs.
• Report issues to leads or supervisors.
• Perform light maintenance on equipment.
