Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota is seeking a processing operator to manage the UHT processing and CIP systems on a 12-hour night shift, working every other weekend.

You will monitor, log, and report process data, coordinate with the packaging team, and uphold food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include directing processing personnel, maintaining sanitation and GMP practices, recording temperatures and flow, and assisting the shift supervisor to keep lines running on

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; write routine reports.
• English speaking ability preferred; basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate UHT and CIP systems; record time, temperature, pressure and flow rates.
• Direct processing personnel; enforce sanitation, GMP and QA standards.
• Coordinate with packaging lead for timely startup of lines and production.
• Prepare written reports and maintain logs and records as required by company and USDA.
• Maintain safety and food safety compliance at all times.
