Job summary

Michael Foods, Inc. in Gaylord, Minnesota is seeking a Production Technician to operate automated processing systems and CIP lines.

You will monitor and document process conditions to ensure safe, high-quality egg products while maintaining sanitary conditions and following USDA standards. The role requires basic reading/writing, ability to work overtime, and willingness to collaborate across the production floor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in high and confined spaces while following safety procedures.
• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate HTST processing system and CIP; record time, temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor maintenance repairs.
• Coordinate with packaging lead on system status for startup of production line.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of silos, mix room, totes, pumps, and CIP lines.
• Prepare written reports and maintain logs and documentation.
