Job summary

MaineHealth’s Mid Coast Hospital in Brunswick, ME seeks an Emergency Department Technician for night shifts (7p-7a). This role supports ED clinicians to address patient needs and care requirements, with training under supervision. EMT licensure (EMT-P/A/B, LPN, or CNA) and BLS are required, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School graduate or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: EMT-P, EMT-A, EMT-B, LPN, or CNA license required; BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Experience: N/A.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Night shift: 7p–7a.
• The Emergency Department Technician works under the clinical supervision of Emergency Department clinicians to meet patient needs and care requirements.
• Performs assigned support duties within the ED.
