Job summary

MultiCare Health System’s Off Campus Emergency Department in Parkland, near Tacoma, is seeking an experienced ED RN. This 0.75 FTE night-shift role supports 12-hour shifts with alternating weekends, delivering compassionate, high-quality emergency care in a community setting.

You’ll bring ED nursing expertise, hold a WA RN license, and participate in ongoing professional growth through tuition assistance and career development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; WA RN license or multi-state license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Two years of ED or equivalent nursing experience preferred; new grads may apply to Residency.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating nursing actions.
• Use nursing process per hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
• Advocate for ethical, holistic care for diverse patients and families.
