Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, payers, and providers to gather information for accurate registration.
• Manage patient check-in/check-out, verification of demographics, and insurance details.
• Assist with eligibility discussions and price estimates as needed.
• Schedule and re-schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and support the ED care team.
