Required: NV RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC, BSN preferred, 3–5 years’ supervisory nursing experience, and ICU/ER exposure. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in NV; BSN preferred.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications required.
• 3–5 years nursing with supervisory experience; ER/ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ED operations and patient flow; supervise staff.
• Communicate with physicians, patients, and families.
• Document accurately; maintain shift records and reports.
• Oversee admissions, transfers, and dispositional planning.
• Act as incident commander during emergencies and surges.
