Job summary

Washoe Barton Medical Clinic is seeking an Emergency RN for night shifts in Gardnerville, NV. You will deliver acute, evidence-based nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs across all ages.

The role requires an Associate's degree in Nursing plus BLS/ACLS/PALS with TNCC within 6 months. English proficiency preferred; bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in nursing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• TNCC certification required within 6 months of hire.
• ENPC recommended.
• English language proficiency; bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient and family needs in the ED.
• Provide patient care, evaluate outcomes and adjust care plans.
• Performs system assessments on assigned patients, recognizing disturbed physiology and abnormal parameters.
• Document nursing assessments and maintain EMR accuracy.
