Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor degree in relevant lab field.
• Preferred: ASCP-certified (MLT/MLS/MT) or equivalent.
• Experience supervising donor testing, blood banking, or clinical lab environments.
• Strong knowledge of QA, regulatory, and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Donor Testing Laboratory staff and provide guidance.
• Oversee testing quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct staff training and performance assessments.
• Assist with SOP development, validations, and process improvements.
• Ensure documentation and records are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate with QA and leadership on investigations and CAPA.
