• Associate or Bachelor degree in life sciences with up to two years of clinical lab experience.
• ASCP certification required for associate level degrees (MLT).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform automated ABO/Rh testing on donor samples.
• Perform automated syphilis testing on donor samples.
• Perform manual RPR testing on TP reactive donors.
• Perform automated CMV testing on donor samples.
• Perform automated antibody screens on donor samples.
• Perform automated ELISA testing for viral antibodies/antigens.
