Job summary

Runnings is seeking a DC Loader/Unloader for the Marshall, MN Distribution Center. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs generally from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM four days a week, with potential Friday/Saturday peak shifts.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with forklift experience and shipping/receiving duties required. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory scanning, tagging, and ensuring safe, accurate palletization and shipment preparation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• 1 year prior shipping and receiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers, including flatbeds.
• Maintain proper trailer weight distribution and maximize space.
• Scan merchandise into inventory and for truck IDs.
• Print price tags and prepare shipments to retail locations.
• Break down merchandise for shipping and prepare inbound/outbound shipments.
