Job summary

Sheetz, Inc is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to oversee operations across multiple stores in the district. You’ll lead teams, mentor staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while traveling between locations.

The role emphasizes schedule predictability with set shifts, weekends off every other week, and a robust benefits package including health coverage, PTO, parental leave, 401k match, stock ownership, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team or coordinating a group to reach goals.
• Prior food service experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.
• Ability to multitask and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; up to 40 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while maintaining standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members; provide feedback to General Manager on performance.
• Work side by side with Team Members to ensure smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture by embodying Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
