Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead operations across stores in the district. The role involves coaching teams, maintaining high customer service standards, and rotating between locations with a flexible, fast-paced schedule.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, a by-the-book work environment, and a scheduled 4-day work week with local travel support. Night shift differential of $1.50/hr is included for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities (standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lb with assistance).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven experience in leading a team or coordinating teams to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, helping them develop skills to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment by adhering to regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
