Sheetz, Inc. seeks a Multi-Store Supervisor to lead teams across several stores in your district. You’ll delegate tasks, mentor staff, and uphold performance standards while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Experience in food service preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to commute locally across stores in the district.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to team members and upholding standards.
• Mentor staff and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work with team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive store culture aligned with performance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a people-first approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulations.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
