Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to drive performance across several Pennsylvania stores. You’ll supervise teams, delegate tasks, and ensure top-notch customer service while traveling between locations in your district.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading a team or collaborating effectively to achieve shared goals.
• Willingness to commute up to 30 miles daily; mileage reimbursed if over 30 miles.
• Physical tasks: standing, bending, reaching; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; up to 40 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store success by delegating tasks to Store Team Members while ensuring operational and customer service standards are met.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members, providing the General Manager with performance feedback.
• Work side by side with Team Members to maintain smooth operations.
• Foster a positive and engaging store culture by upholding Sheetz standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across stores.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
