Job summary

Sheetz is seeking a Multi-Store Supervisor to energize operations across stores in your district. You’ll drive success by guiding team members, modeling service excellence, and reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and perform physical activities (standing, bending) with lifting up to 20 lb and assisting up to 40 lb.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old (Virginia law notes Supervisors 21+ for certain tasks).
• Proven experience leading a team or collaborating to achieve goals.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks to Store Team Members to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Inspire and mentor Team Members and provide performance feedback to the GM.
• Work closely with Team Members to maintain smooth operations across stores.
• Foster a positive store culture by upholding Sheetz Performance Standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a total customer-focused approach.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following regulatory standards.
• Travel locally to support nearby stores as required.
