Job summary

Community Concierge Services in North Carolina seeks an Operations Manager to oversee doorstep trash collection across multiple communities and to lead a frontline team. You will hire and train porters, audit performance, and build strong relationships with property managers while ensuring flawless nightly execution.

You are comfortable traveling and handling both field and administrative tasks, with a compensation package including base salary, bonus, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights and weekends, including peak hours 6pm-12am.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with field leadership experience.
• Experience managing teams, schedules, payroll, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly operations for doorstep trash collection across properties.
• Hire, train, and audit porters to CCS standards.
• Build relationships with property managers and clients; ensure coverage and no missed pickups.
• Manage payroll documentation, safety gear, and reporting apps.
• Lead onboarding of new communities and support market rollouts.
• Travel to Raleigh NC market and surrounding areas as needed.
