Job summary

Community Concierge Services is hiring a District Operations Manager to lead nightly door­step trash collection across multiple communities. You’ll recruit and train crews, meet clients in person, and oversee field operations with a hands-on, front‑line leadership style.

The role combines office oversight with boots‑on‑the‑ground work to drive flawless nightly pickups, scheduling, and client satisfaction. Strong leadership and operational mindset required.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and stay on your feet for miles
• Strong work ethic across hands-on and administrative work

Responsibilities

• Run nightly operations across multiple apartment communities with flawless execution
• Recruit and train porters to meet CCS standards
• Perform employee audits and on-site quality inspections
• Develop lasting relationships with property managers and clients
• Own scheduling and route coverage — no missed pickups
• Coordinate employee logistics: safety gear, reporting apps, and payroll forms
• Address operational issues in real time, from equipment breakdowns to staffing gaps
• Keep nightly reports, payroll, employee records, and compliance documentation up to date
• Support new community launches, including resident orientations and equipment distribution
