Furlani Foods, a multi-site producer of garlic bread in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, seeks a Distribution Supervisor to lead shift teams and uphold high safety and efficiency standards. The role focuses on labor balancing, equipment reliability, and KPI development to drive performance across the distribution function.

The position requires forklift certification, supervisory experience, and proficiency with TMS/ERP systems, LEAN/5S/Kaizen methods, and warehouse technology.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and directing others.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Lean/5S/Kaizen experience is preferred.
• Experience with TMS and ERP systems.
• Open availability 7 days a week (shift 6pm–3:30am).

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety as priority and ensure distribution safety compliant with OSHA and internal standards.
• Balance labor between shifts and plants according to weekly workflow.
• Ensure warehouse equipment (RF, packing, shipping systems, forklifts) is functioning as required.
• Develop and communicate KPIs/metrics for the distribution team.
• Measure employee productivity and effectiveness to improve performance.
