You will drive continuous improvement, align Production, QA, and Maintenance, and optimize overall equipment effectiveness while mentoring a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising 50-100 associates.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proven organizational and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 50-100 associates, fostering engagement.
• Ensure OSHA health and safety compliance with zero incidents.
• Enforce GMP, SQF, HACCP, STATE and FDA standards (training provided).
• Align Production, QA, Maintenance teams with goals and metrics.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and drive continuous improvement.
