Furlani Foods in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Nights. This role leads the maintenance team to achieve accountability for company goals, performance, and continuous improvement.

You will be the primary resource, decision-maker for maintenance issues, and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of industrial maintenance and supervisory experience, with knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, plus strong problem solving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance and supervisory experience.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity in an industrial environment with knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance.
• Solid problem solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support building the maintenance team's technical & functional capabilities.
• Lead and support the strategic performance development of the maintenance team to continually improve maintenance strategies and equipment efficiencies.
• Oversee preventive, predictive maintenance, MRO Inventory control and planning.
• Improve reliability of production lines & ensuring machinery downtimes are reduced.
• Support teamwork between maintenance and other departments.
